Scott has handled several purchase and sale transactions for me since 2008. The fact that he is also a qualified appraiser sets him apart from any other agent and has helped us in making sure we bought and sold at the right price. Equally important, his expertise has helped us get an accurate appraisal that was instrumental in getting a loan closed.
Selling your home, especially one that you have resided in for 50 years, is a huge decision and there is much that must be considered. We met with several realtors and are so glad we selected Scott Oswalt. Scott knew exactly what we needed to do to get our home ready for the market. His guidance and knowledge was precise and outstanding. Unfortunately, our home was located in an undesirable area; however, following Scott’s advice, we received a solid offer within 5 days, almost at asking price. Escrow closed quickly and everything went through just as Scott said it would!
